Fill the mug with a well-deserved beer, & the matching bowl with your favorite snack while you watch the football game on TV. The set is glazed in a beautiful blue/gray, matte glaze. The combination of the blue/gray glaze with the black clay make for a striking & impressive mug set. The glaze on one of the mugs ran slightly, ( as often happens in ceramics ), onto the base. I sanded the drips down & have tried to show you their remains in the last image. Rest assured, the mug will stand steady on your table top.
